- Recruitment: you can apply for job openings through our website by filling out the form specially designed for this purpose. If you wish, you may authorize Ferpinta, SA to keep your application data for 2 years;

Your rights regarding personal data protection
A. RIGHT TO TRANSPARENT COMMUNICATION
FERPINTA, S.A. informs the data subject, in a clear and transparent manner, about the processing of his/her personal data and undertakes to inform the data subject whenever it intends to use his/her data for purposes other than those previously communicated.
B. RIGHT OF ACCESS
FERPINTA, S.A. ensures that means are in place to enable the data subject to access personal data concerning him/her.
If excessive or unfounded requests are made, FERPINTA, S.A. reserves the right to demand payment of a fee equivalent to the administrative costs incurred to satisfy the request.
C. RIGHT OF RECTIFICATION
The data subject has the right to rectify his or her personal data if it is incorrect, or to complete it if it is incomplete.
D. RIGHT TO ERASURE
The data subject may request the right to erasure, pursuant to Article 17 of the GDPR. The received requests will be analyzed and, if deemed valid, in light of the regulatory requirements, Ferpinta, SA will strive respect the data subject's request. If the requests made are not considered valid, FERPINTA, S.A. will not process them and will inform the data subject of the reasons associated with this decision. The right to erasure is not an absolute right and must be analyzed in light of the regulatory requirements in place.
E. RIGHT OF OPPOSITION
The data subject has the right to object to the processing of personal data. This right is also not an absolute right and presupposes specific conditions that legitimize its exercise.

Whenever permissible, FERPINTA, S.A. guarantees the right to restriction of processing, in the terms described in the GDPR.
G. CONSENT AND REVOCATION OF CONSENT
Whenever necessary, FERPINTA, S.A. will seek the data subject's consent for the processing of his/her personal data.
FERPINTA, S.A. guarantees the data subject the right to withdraw his/her consent at any time, without compromising the lawfulness of the processing carried out until then on the basis of the consent previously given.
H. RIGHT TO PORTABILITY
Whenever applicable, FERPINTA, S.A. shall ensure that means are in place to enable the data subject to request a copy of his/her data and for it to be sent to another entity. This data is transmitted in a digital, structured format.
The right to portability covers only data for which the data subject has consented to processing, data relating to a contract to which the data subject is a party and, in any case, if the processing is carried out by automated means.
Ferpinta, SA reserves the right to refuse portability requests whenever these are detrimental to the rights and freedoms of third parties or in conflict with any overriding legal requirements.
I. RIGHT NOT TO BE SUBJECT TO AUTOMATED DECISIONS, INCLUDING PROFILING
The data subject has the right not to be subject to decisions made solely on the basis of automated processing of his or her personal data, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning him or her or similarly significantly affects him or her.
Currently, FERPINTA, S.A. has not implemented any mechanisms that permit these types of decisions.
